Welcome 🙏 to the website Sara. This is Shnookie. It is understandable that there will be a period of adjustment to your diagnoses. It is important not to stigmatize this. People on this website R supportive and have great ideas. Presuming U have a therapist, U can be prescribed meds to help alleviate your symptoms. For your insomnia there R benzod like Klonopin which I take . There R things U can do to help alleviate your anxiety, like deep breathing exercises.
You can do meditation by starting on
You Tube videos. Music can be therapeutic
and but U in a good mood 🙂 and relax U at the same time. I try to do this almost every day. I hope this was helpful. I’m here 4!U.

👋, Welcome to your forum. The first thing to do is acceptance of your diagnosis. The next thing is knowing that you will have the same diagnosis as some of us but your experience of the symptoms will be specific to you as will your response to any prescribed medication and or therapy.
Having said this, looking after yourself is most important. You will find many good ideas under the heading of "self care" if searching Dr Google or reading about the conditions online.
Open and honest dialogue with everybody is important too.
People are not mind readers so ask for anything you need, no matter how big or small.
