I also was searching in the same thing time ago and i find a website where you can find variety of support groups, i will put it for you maybe it gonna be helpful.You can also search Google with your area to find groups in person that you may find suitable for you.

I found one called seshtherapy.com apparently it is $30. per session, I have no idea how good it is. You might also check with your County mental health/social services to see if there is one. I imagine they are becoming more popular since I read recently that the number of people who prefer online vs. in-person therapy is growing considerably because of covid.
