Hi it’s Shnookie I’m 63 but can definitely remember having the icky feelings U talk about when I was PMS and had my period as well. For nausea, try coke syrup, ginger, Drink coke, ice chips, saltines hot water bottle for cramps, if bad migraine like headaches - dark rooms, cold packs across your eyes. Check with your doctor and make sure U R home if U can obtain muscle relaxants like Motrin or if they still prescribe Valium. Now this stuff can totally knock U out and U need to check re

Do some research on PMDD. I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression, turns out it was pmdd, a good gyne will support you in your findins

Hi. Sounds like this might be it. What did the gyne suggest for you? What works? Medicines? Lifestyle changes? Natural supplements? I’m very anxious about taking any type of medicine. We tried a birth control and it caused depression for me. Let me know your experience and what helped you.

My case was sevear as I suffer PCOS so I'm on zoladex injection with a view to have a full hysterectomy. The other options were an estrogen patch the last 2 weeks of your cycle or the coil with a HRT patch. Usual cases are an intolerance to a certain hormone which is why the contraceptive pill makes anxiety and other symptoms worse.
