Describe your anxiety here

Hello everyone , I would like to write a post about how you feel when you are encountering hard moments , such as anxiety to observe our symptoms and accept them naturally. You can share your feelings here , I’ll start : For me anxiety has been a difficult opponent to face , as I feel helpless and lonely. My physical symptoms are feeling tension in stomach , and sometimes tachycardia. I feel better when I observe them in body scan and I suggest you do this too!

I classify my anxiety as having mental anxiety and physical anxiety. For mental I would say: intrusive thoughts, thoughts of something horrible that will happen, negativity. For physical I would say: feeling of a rush of some sort of energy but not a good one, feeling dizzy, inhability to focus, distraction, thinking I will faint even though I’ve never fainted, fear of moving, even walking around my room is a challenge, pain and pressure in my muscles in general, hyper aware of my butt cheeks, pressing my jaws way too hard, inhability to breathe consistently
