But has anyone used cbd oil - (vape or drops)

For their anxiety,panic and depression?

I don’t want the thc or ‘high’ just the cbd effects- calm-no racing mind-relaxed

Any suggestions or recommendations?

( have tried antidepressants and the one I tried didn’t particularly work for me)

I use it! mostly for anxiety but it helps with my insomnia from depression as well. I use a brand called Beam, which I think was originally geared towards athletes so they could take it and still pass drug tests because they make sure there’s no thc in it.

I've used CBD tinctures for anxiety and for helping with sleep. I found it helpful and it helped with my sleep. It was CBD only no THC so none of the "high" affects. I live in the US and in my State it's legal so no problem getting it and having a variety to choose from. Unfortunately, CBD is not good for you if you have glaucoma, which I have, so I quit using it.

Hmm, I know what you mean. I used it for a bit but wasn't sure it did anything. I used a brand called Love CBD in the UK.

No THC in it.
