LETS CHALLENGE OUR MINDS😏

Today is a new day fresh start of the week!

As difficult as things may be for alot of us, many times we forget the power we all hold to change our outlook on our current situations or circumstances.

Let's use the start of the week to play the opposite game.... 😏

Any bad or negative thoughts holding you back and making you feel off ..... Try to look for the opposite of that. 😊 ... It won't be easy but it will be challenging and especially rewarding ...

If you've been feeling off and need to get back on track, I invite you to play this game with a stranger and allow yourself to be open and vulnerable to change.

What have you got to get done for today?

What are your personal goals for the week regarding your current mental state?

Is fear keeping you from achieving any of these goals?

Let's encourage each other to be better this week and show love .

Be open and honest with yourself and take it easy on yourself. Remember things can be much worse. Our toughest critic is ourselves 😊
