Its taken two years....

Its taken 2 years for me to attempt clearing and tidying the bedroom and i am truly ashamed with dust you can write in.

So far i've found 8 mobile phones,7 watches,a bag of foreign money,of which i have no idea what country they are from.

Losing a husband of many years causes tremendous heart ache, and i really had'nt the stomach to tackle anything.

We at first had a civil partnership and then converted it to marriage when it became legal to do so,and i am so glad we did or i could have been left high and dry with no home.

I urge anyone in this position to get it done NOW.

Grief is a terrible thing and leaves you isolated and alone.

Hugs. Grief has no timeline. I hope you can spend some time today thinking of some cherished memories of him and it provides you with some comfort.

Hi Secrets, so sorry for your loss. We all grieve in our own way and in our own time, try to be kind and compassionate with yourself as you are going through yours and take care of yourself.

I understand that, I'm a widow myself. But don't feel ashamed. Housework is endlessly patient and it's a voyage of discovery when you get to it! The things that turn up!

Cheers, Midori
