Just when I think I'm improving, my mood has dropped and I feel back where I started. Health anxiety through the roof. What the hell is happening. I'm so fed up, I'm crying my eyes out. When will all this end? To anyone having a "Backward" day... lot's of love and hugs😘😘😘🤗🤗🤗

I am also having a backward week- was doing so well and then bam all my dark thoughts and anxiety attacks are back again in force. It’s really hard to deal with because I was improving so much I felt the best I had in awhile for 2 1/2 weeks straight but now my brain is telling me I’m down the gutter again and need to do bad things. Sigh I don’t know how to help you as I’m dealing with the same problem but know you aren’t alone
