Lexpro and escitalopram
Same medication but different dosage will make you feel different and probably not good if you feel stable at 10 mg. Only dr should assess if you need more. Changes have side effects...
Mike, it's the same med and as smack stated different dosages. Those pills are able to be cut in half if they are scored. You should
stay with your 10mg dose while away so as not to cause any ill effects. xx
Depending on where you are going you should always take a copy of your script with you, you then can get your script filled, you will then need to pay for your medication depending on the health Service of that country. Although there may be a health Service agreement with the country you are from
Eventually you may need to arrange a GP Service who will take over your health needs. Have you taken out Health Insurance before visiting your new location, you may be able to get some form of assistance from them, although it may still mean you could still have to pay for your medications
It is a bad idea to take someone elses medication, your friends doses is higher than your requirements. Your friend will need to replenish His supply and there may be questions if His script does not match medications required.
