Update from last

Alright my last post was called “Done.”

Need to update everyone. I began taking Zoloft 3 days ago heads up.

Amazing. I feel alive again. I am now friends with my roommate and we have hung out longer than 5 minutes. Certain things give me ptsd and I get lost in my head but it is getting better.

Like today I was struggling at work because I kept disassociating and then coming back to reality-but I stayed in reality for the most part

Things are getting way better 😁 Went outside yesterday and it was beautiful
