Tingling sensations

I suffer from health anxiety with many symptoms the latest being pins and needles feelings in feet hands, face sometimes arms and legs but less so. This new symptom has only been happening for the last few weeks, it is really unsettling and has made my anxiety much worse.

Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this and if so could it be another anxiety symptom. At the moment I just don’t seem to be able to relax I hold myself tense all the time.

Hi 👋 it’s Shnookie. Sorry 😐 that U R going thru this. It can be another sign of anxiety and stress. At times, I have been under such stress and anxiety, that I had pains all over my body. Please contact your therapist or doctor to find out about exercises that U can do. yup been there. It is definitely a symptom of anxiety. I had muscle spasms, palpitations, feeling like something was crawling under my skin(sorry for that 😃), hands used to shake and many more. Go to anxietycentre.com to get a general idea of what stress can do to your body. Hope you feel better.
