I had severe anxiety for many years as well as 5 years of Agoraphobia.Through medication, therapy and acceptance of anxiety, I was able to

get back control of my life.

I use daily Meditation and Breathing 3x a day to lower my stress level.

I am here (along with others) to pass forward our success.

Anxiety does not have to be a lifetime sentence. :) xx

Thats very tough! I just found out I have DID-but I will probably never tell anyone (except where people don’t know me like on here lol!)

I got the same diagnosis in 1993. I had been self medicating 30 years prior with daily cardio exercise to produce endorphins that battle anxiety. And since 1993 I do the same and take medicine. Welcome to our group.

5 minute pure cold shower in the morning or afternoon helps too.. Google it for depression and anxiety and boosting immune system
