I’m a bit on edge & unsure. Have arranged to be out with friends & our partner’s. I’ve started to notice my female friend has started to take his side after me telling her some personal things. We all bicker with our partner’s jokingly & also meaning it. I know I can be too hard on my partner but my friend does the same to hers. Also when we’ve been recently chatting, I’m getting the impression it’s a competition while I’m just making conversation. I don’t trust her anymore.

Usually Weelon, a woman's intuition is right. Some woman when they have the insidecircle of trust with a friend can end up using it as a competitive tool.
It's your choice as to how you will handle this. Maybe having a private chat with this friend
and letting her know how uncomfortable this makes you or literally backing off from her
so called friendship. If left to continue, it could go into flirtatious behavior causing you to no
longer enjoy being in the company of these friends.
I wish you well...We always have to be alert as to how much personal info we share with
people. xx
