Returning for support

I was reminded of ADAA during a recent hospitalization and want to reach out to other members and say "hello." I'm rebuilding supports after a recent suicide attempt. What is the best way to be a part of this community?

Hello back at you BippityBoppityBoop. Welcome to our forum.

You've come through a rough time. It's really brave to be here reaching out now.

You already did it -- the best way to be a part is to contribute. This is a kind, special place.

Hi and welcome to your forum from me in Australia. 🦘I am not a guru but I feel the forum is my kind of journal where I can put my thoughts into words. My grandmothers favourite saying was "better out than in" so because I am alone with my thoughts, both good and bad, the forum has become my safe place. It might not be same for everyone. Diversity is valued. Contribute as much or as little as you like when you can.
