My boyfriend died a few years ago. I'm ok with it now and I've made my grief but over the past few years I have noticed that I get abnormally worried about my loved ones if they, for example, don't immediately reply to a text. I will get in a state of intense anxiety and will be convinced they are dead. I think this might be a side effect of the grief I experienced. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Hi Sonnylala, I think losing someone we loved is always a rude awakening that life can betaken away in a blink of an eye. The fear is normal after what you have experienced.
Unfortunately, Anxiety feeds into that thought by tenfold. When this happens try stepping
back from that negative thought and breathe. It is something we have no control over. xx
