OCD pain

I have been suffering from OCD for last twenty years. I have lot of pain in my facial muscles now that I feel difficult to cope up with my job. Anybody please suggest some remedy ?

Hi Jas.

I suggest you speak to ur doctor as 1 its safest & 2 he knows ur medical history .

Always consult a professional first when it comes to ur health & remember even though others recommend things we aren't doctors.

OCD is classic symptom of what the modern term is known as PTSD. I have a very close friend who suffers it & has been told he has PTSD & he did suffer something which isn't my right to reveal. I hope this helps
