Ketamine Infusion therapy

Starting a series of Ketamine infusions in the next couple weeks. Anyone here want to share their experience of the treatment and how it turned out?

hey ziggypiggy, how is ketamine treatment coming along? Is it through infusion or nasal spray? Considering this for myself but scared.

I've postponed it for a bit because I had to reallocate the funds to pay for other things that popped up. Unfortunately, it's $425 for each session out of pocket.

I want to be able to undergo the infusion treatments without having to worry about the cost side of it. I'm afraid it may negatively skew my attitude and effect the results and my committment to the 6 sessions.

I've done the nasal spray. It's fairly benign as far as any heady feeling. Kind of a cross between a light buzz and a marijuana high. It didn't help much for myself. Its expensive also, but my psychiatrist had the pharmacist compound a generic nasal spray for me at only $40/month.

The name brand Spravato is like $700.

I'll post some feedback when I undergo the treatments.
