I have lung diesease that was cause by chemotherapy. I let caused my chest to get tight multiple times per day which in turn increases my anxiety. I know it is harmless and a symptom of my lung disease but it takes a lot of energy to process this. It also makes me rather physically uncomfortable.
Anyone else have bothersome physical symptoms?
