Covid Related Anxiety

I’m having trouble returning to “normal” life. Covid anxiety is high. Can’t seem to turn off the danger switch. It’s become debilitating. Anyone have aggestions?

Hi no suggestions sorry I'm in the same boat its triggered all of my ocd contamination I'm in the process of changing meds which just seems to be making it worse keep strong have you been vaccinated ?

Remain vigilant. Don't go anywhere you are not comfortable. Take your precautions.

Have you had both your shots? About 2 weeks afterwards you should be safe to go out, but keep on with the masks for the mean time.

Take short walks at first, and build up. Your confidence will grow as you increase your distance and nothing bad happens.

The world hasn't changed that much, we just need to take a reasonable amount of care.
