Hi 🙋🏼‍♀️ ive been on venlafaxine for 17 months along side pregablin and propanonol, I’m switching to sertraline, im doing a straight swap

Looking for any advice on how i will feel in the first few weeks of swapping over? I worry a lot about having anxiety attacks ect whilst on my own

Hi I think you should taper gradually ? and start with a very low dose of sertraline

Doctor said its aafe to switch straight away onto the lowest dose

I’ve got no experience of Sertraline but have been on Venlaflaxine & pregabalin since 2006. What has prompted the change?

Had 3 suicidal episodes since changing never experienced them before, now been diagnosed with pmdd and venlafaxine is not suitable to me, its been a nightmarr should never of changed the doctors should of diagnosed me and added medication to my old tablets x
