Meds gone

Hi. I’m writing here cause I don’t know what to do. Recently my lithium ran out before I could get a re up. I called my doctor but the secretary said she (the doctor) can’t give me more. Now I’m looking at four days without lithium. It might sound weird but I feel like it might affect my moods and thoughts. I have to work all four days and I’ve honestly been depressed before this. I’m nervous and I’m frustrated. I feel so depressed and I don’t know what to do.

Are you in the US or Great Britain? I would look into getting an emergency supply from somewhere. Where, would depend on the health system in your country. Why can't your doctor give you meds for that long?
