You are not alone. You mean well but you may be getting too involved, almost enabling people to lean too heavily on you. When things do not go right, they blame you. You don't want to be in that situation. It does not help them and it certainly saps you of your energy and your peace. Sometimes it is just best to listen and not give advice. You can be empathic and show concern but watch what you offer and watch how much you get involved. If this is too hard for you, you might want to talk to a counselor to understand what your needs are that make you pursue this kind of behavior. When we understand better why we do or do not do certain things, it becomes more manageable for us to respond to things in a way that is healthier for us. I hope this helps you and I wish you peace.
