I’m new to this group and have anxiety/depression that gets worse in the evening and I’m just looking for support, tips, recommendations, and anything else that might help. I struggle with a lot but for right now, intrusive thoughts and relaxing once I start to feel worked up. I’ll appreciate anything.

You are braver and stronger than you think you are. There are so many of us who experience similar feelings. You are not alone. I read your post and it could have been me posting my feelings. When I get really stressed with anxiety or depression, I write my feelings in a notebook, which seems to help. Listening to music also helps me to cope. I also find strength in meditation and prayer. Hope this is helpful just knowing you are not alone with these feelings.

Welcome to the group!!! My anxiety also gets worse in the evening when going to bed since I have more time to think. Listening to music or using the headspace app and even journaling helps before bed.
