I dread mornings I wake early and a wave of anxiety panic and stomach goes over I have no control it’s frightening it just comes on every morning I live on own makes me panic more

Sounds like your Anxiety is misbehaving,, If your tummy churns in the morning and is persistant discuss with your Doctor. I find I have similar although in my case it is all down to the medications I take. Generally after breakfast etc I seem to settle
