cross tapering

I just started tapering of Trintelix and started Venlafaxin.

Has anyone done it?

How long did it take you to feel better?

I especially suffer from anxiety and panic attacks😩

You’re tapering off both of them??? I just tapered off Venlafaxine, was on a fairly low dose of 75mg for only 11 months. My doc tapered me rather quickly, in my opinion. The ‘discontinuing symptoms’ have been a nightmare for me. They physical symptoms were bad, but the emotional symptoms have really been a nightmare. I would never take it again.

i have no choice - need to get of Brintellix and can’t do without an AD
