This new tinnitus sound is really stressing me out. Very very annoying.

I wish it was just the regular ringing I was used to already.

I've had tinnitus for many years & it sounds like a constant hissing. It doesn't bother me much as long as I have some other sound going on like music or the tv; at night I use a sound machine that has a fan sound. I cannot stand silence; it's even worse in the car so always have the radio on.

Mine sounds like Morse code but very very soft. It would have to be super silent in order for me to hear it. That’s in top of my usual ringing which I had already gotten use to it.Kinda sounds like I just have left a loud concert and just my ears are trying to recover. Which makes sense cause this started after I blasted the music inside the car.
