I’m sorry 😐 U have PTSD. What is the source of these uncomfortable feelings. I finally realize at the age of 62, from being the daughter, granddaughter and niece of Holocaust survivors plus my granny had survivors guilt that this has impacted me.

Back in 2008 I was r***d, and its haunted me since. Days I can be fine but other days I ain't. And omg I sorry to hear that. I can't begin to imagine how you feel. Hugs.

sorry to hear that PTSD is a bummer and for me personally small things can trigger it off.for a long time just getting to bed was bad for me suppose that was one of the good things about medication as it helped.
