I have been told to stop taking my antidepressants, because they might be playing with my breathing and my heart.

You must stop taking them very very gradually , you may not need to but some people have bad withdrawal symptoms so it is best to be super cautious , hope you feel better soon

I was on Mirtazapine in December but got taken off them last Monday but the got put onto Trazadone but I was only put on the for four days. So now I ain't on any, just to see if it is the tablets causing my breathing and heart palpitations.

Hello 👋

This is a great community that will support you through rough times. Walking helps a lot with my anxiety. Wish I could run though so my mind could stop thinking but I usually run out of breath. Take care!

I am trying to lose the weight. But I am struggling with it. Due to my anxiety.

Hello

Walking is a really great exercise. It’s gentle and usually helps you calm down. You may walk around your neighborhood or go to a park. I notice that going to a park or trails have a more soothing effect. Not sure why, I think it’s the trees and nature that calms the nerves. Hope you are doing well.

Yes I go around the park anyway. For 3 hours a week and go off on other walks too.
