I'm new here. Just joined a few minutes ago. I developed anxiety and depression towards the end of my Covid infection. Has this happened to anyone? I'm currently on Venlafaxine and Klonopin.

I Googled it and apparently alot of people that have Covid get anxiety and depression. The higher dose of Venlafaxine seems to be helping. Today is my first day back to work after a month being out, and I'm doing ok, thank God.

Rule one, don't rely on Google to diagnose yourself! I am guilty of this too. Trust me, it will only make your anxiety worse.

I've been off those pills for three years now. Some days are better than others, though you have to learn how to breathe.

There is nothing wrong with being anxious. You just need to learn how to not allow anxiety to consume you.

I have Klonopin, but try not to use them if possible. I'm in South Florida. Where are you?

I'm sorry. The last time I was in this type of crisis was in 2004, and back then I used to get panic attacks also. They used to wake me up in the middle of the night feeling like I was smothering..
