So out of nowhere, I gained like 10 pounds, and it's really stressing me out. I'm scared I'll become obese or unhealthy or unable to run as fast as I've been able to before. I have always been at a healthy weight, but now I'm worried. At the same time, I don't want to develop an eating disorder, but I feel like the only way to keep myself from gaining more weight is to fast, especially since I don't know why I had the sudden gain. Is this irrational anxiety? Could it have to do with the fact that I recently started taking Abilify for my anxiety?

I am afraid so. The Drs should tell you these things.
