Anxiety among other things

I'm sure I have said this on here lots of times. I started having very bad anxiety about a month ago, and since my anxiety has kicked up in high gear I have been dealing with hypochondria and a lot of physical symptoms.

My symptoms are a headache almost everyday, worrying about having a brain tumor, not wanting to do much but sit at my house, neck and shoulder pain that goes into my jaw, ears feel plugged, can't sleep, don't have much of an appetite, and started getting random brain zaps

I was just wondering if anyone has these issues when there anxiety is super high. I know it's probably more than likely my anxiety because it started when my anxiety got super high...but telling myself it's just anxiety is a lot easier than it sounds.

You are not alone! Anxiety symptoms vary. Try listening to mediation music at night, breathing episodes and although I know it is tough try going for a walk, when exercising your body releases endorphins which trigger a positive feeling.

I totally get where you're coming from when my chest is hurting too much and my eyes flicker I get scared it's more than what it is but once you reach that level of panic even knowing it's just a false alarm your brain is sending you, it doesn't feel like enough to stop it and sometimes the staple knowledge being reminded to you can feel trite at times but it is true it doesn't last forever
