Really struggling someone help

Hi everyone I'm 23 and suffer really bad with health anxiety for around 5 months I'm really worried my bowels have bing bad since my anxiety constipation sometimes really gassy bloated stomach cramps my doctors are sending me for a camera in my bowels I'm so worried its cancer I can't even sleep I'm that scared my doctor did say it sounds like ibs or ibd

Hang in there sweetie. I am in the same boat with you suffering with the same thing since November. I really know how hard it is to not worry but try to tell yourself your brain is an amazing trickster and can convince you of anything. It is unlikely to be cancer. Most other bowel issues have treatments and are manageable. If it is IBS there is an. IBS site.
