I came across a website called Action for Happiness, just by chance when I was doing some internet research. Here is the link. actionforhappiness.org/
They have monthly "happiness calendars" which I think are pretty cool. Each day of the month has a small task you could do try and bring some happiness into your life. They are pretty simple and what I like is that they also include little tips for self care methods most of us should probably practice more often. It cheered me up a bit when I found the website so I thought I'd pass it along in case it might be helpful to any of you. I wanted to attach the February calendar so that you could see what it looks like, but I don't think this site allows you to attach documents.
