I was thinking of getting a light. Lol. Has anyone tried this!? I have a lot to be grateful for. I can’t help feeling things will never be the same. I get my nails done with the dip once a month.. and someone said WHY? Same with clothes and makeup. I try to do it to feel good. Maybe it’s a waste lol

I haven’t gotten a light but I do take vitamin d which helps.
Hey nothing wrong with doing self care and making yourself feel good!! At times I feel like it’s a waste because it doesn’t last long lol. But I like to feel pretty
I knew I was forgetting something. Thanks for the reminder!(I have a light. It works well when I actually use it). I have a Philips wake-up/therapy lamp.

Like MinnieMouse I have a full-spectrum light. Make sure to use it only in the morning, preferably early.......it helps!
Self care is an important part in dealing with depression and anxiety and doing something you enjoy is part of the treatment process to alleviate depression.
