I was thinking and reading a lot about cronic mental problems and pandemic, and I have the feeling that the real stories and a real life is written here in the forums... not in media /books/ science articles. I just wanted to ask how do you feel during this COVID - 19 ? do you feel that covid make the existing mental pressure even worst because of the current measures? or maybe for someone it helps to feel that you are not by your self and that there are 1/3 of planet are struggling aswell, and the fact that everyone has a mental health made a COVID "a mutual force" which actually connected people - if you know what I mean? I want to make a research and write an article... I understand if you guys dont want to talk about it because it is a very private topic.
big bear hug and lots of love to all of you , with warm heart - Daria.

I don't think anyone will have a problem with helping u with ur research. For me, I think this pandemic has done all of the above. I mean, because of it we all feel the isolation and we share one common problem which definately does unite us because it seems all of us here have depression. At the same time, being squashed in the same house just doesn't help. It brings all sort of enxiety. Sometimes when u suffer from depression, talking for myself here, I enjoy my privacy. In fact for someone who is a private person, I miss being on my own. There were days where I would just be alone and others will be gone but now they are not going out much. I enjoy being couped inside the house, so, it tough. Wish they took me to the wild before the pandemic and bring me back after everything is sorted out😁😁😁, but honestly.
