Worried about my kitten, please help?

My cat was spayed last week February 8,2021. Today February 13,2021, I saw some little swelling or lump . When I touch it was hard. Is this normal? Can you please share all your experiences for those who have spayed cat? Should I take her back to vet ? Please help me . Thanks.

Yes, spaying is major surgery- so please call and bring your cat in to the vets as soon as possible.

I have had many cats and dogs fixed and never encountered that. I would get it checked out, perhaps even at an animal urgent care if you can, since tomorrow is Sunday and most vets are closed. I would call your regular vet first and explain your concern.

I’m not positive but I think my kittens looked similar to this after spaying?? If you have a regular veterinarian most times you can ask advice on the phone and they will assist you
