Weight gain after meds?

Hey, I hope everyone has had a great day and have been able to cope with mental health.

I had maintained the same weight for over 7 years straight ( I had always been pretty petite. Since being put on medication for my anxiety and depression I have gained alot of weight. (3-4 clothing sizes) Had anyone experienced weight gain after medication in general? or pertaining to specific medicine? I am on Paroxetine and Buspirone

I have been taking Venlafaxine for about three months, And I am starting to gain weight. And that really affects my self-esteem. I don't know what I am going to do.

I am in the same boat. I'm struggling enough with getty out of my bed and leaving my house. Now I have nothing that fits me.
