I struggle with depression and anxiety and get stressed easily. As a result I stress eat on sweets and carbs. I had a baby 3 months ago and weigh more now than I did while pregnant. I hate being obese. I'm 220lbs, 5 foot 5 inches but I can't stop eating. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You could try bringing down the stress with exercise it helps me with my stress depression and weight I was about 220 now I’m 180 and still dropping and don’t even have to watch what I eat.
