I'm so worried and hope i don't ramble on as it's been a journey the last 6 months and I'm trying to get to the bottom of why my body is behaving this way. I'm 48 otherwise healthy individual and last Aug suffered chest pains n heaviness on my chest which woke me up from sleep, to cut a long story short I was admitted to A n E, where I had ECG, xray and blood tests on 2 separate occasions and they all came back fine. The last time i spoke to the A n E doc he advised it could be acid reflux n prescribed tabs for this but this didnt ease how I was feeling. The chest pains have eased alot now n I rarely get them but now it feels as though something is out of sync with my system as I have a vibrating sensation around my chest area and it goes down my legs, which is with me all the time now. I've seen a cardiologist and had a scan which all came back ok. I've spoken to my doctor numerous times and shes not sure what it is. I've also spoken to a neurologist and he doesn't see anything of concern. The intensity of the vibrations can increase at any point, which is unnerving. I do get numbness n tingling in my arms every so often. I've had bloods n vitamin levels checked and they have all been ok..I've started a few holistic avenues to see if this helps to ease the symptoms...also looked at my diet to see if I'm intolerant to lactose etc but nothing is jumping out to me...I just wanted to know if others are experiencing this n if anyone has any pointers for me to investigate further. Before all this happened I've been healthy n this has knocked me for 6 if I'm honest. thank you if you've managed to get through all the above and hope to hear from you.

No vibration in my torso n goes down my legs. Just feels like since I had the pains its thrown something off in my body

Hi there. You are not alone. I have similar vibrations around my chest area when my body is about to go into panic for no apparent reason. My vibrations feel like hot electrical zaps...I have gone to all kinds of doctors and done all necessary labs/scans etc in two different continents. Nothing wrong with physical health. Diagnosed with GAP (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) and Depression. Given SERTALINE meds along with low benzodiazepine pill 💊 as needed. The chest vibrations and the panic attacks have been alleviated but I still suffer from sporadic brain zaps and internal body tremors especially upon awaking every morning. Reading and speaking to other people from my online support groups helps me immensely because I know that I’m Ok and not alone. Listening to Alan Watts recordings, watching Sadhgourou videos on YouTube, and reading books on Stoicism as well as keeping a journal , is helping me put my life in perspective. I understand your frustration and I want you to know that you are in my thoughts. You are only human. Let’s deal with the things we can control and ignore the things that are beyond our control. I know...easier said than done.

Thank u for sharing. Hmmm you have definately given me food for thought n to know that I'm not alone which I feel many of us do. I just find it crazy that the docs n medical professionals dont know what it is. I'm still investigating but trying not to let it be the main focus as there are alot of things to still enjoy.
