Hi Gerrerd. Inspiring quote, thank you. But there are times, no matter how hard we try or want to do it, that we can’t conjure up positive thoughts. And that’s ok. I’ve beaten myself up for not being able to do it sometimes because I’m in too much pain. But there always comes a time when I get in a better space and THEN I can more easily think positively. Know what I mean?

Yes, keep at it ! taken me nearly 50 years to get to this stage but it can get better each day no matter how small . still work in progress !
