I hope everyone is doing well in these crazy circumstances! (I’m currently in tier 4 🥺)
My anxiety seems to be getting a little better I’ve had a few stressful situations this week that have set me off a little bit however.
Just wanted some advice as I really worry about physical symptoms!
I have noticed, more so when I’m going through a stressful time, throat feels a bit sensitive when breathing in! Almost that sharp feeling you get if you go for a run on a cold day (if that makes sense). It’s not intense, it’s just there sometimes.
Does anyone else notice this with anxiety?
I also felt like I was having a panic attack the other day, heart was pounding, felt dizzy and sick, and had an awful pain in my fore arm! Seemed so painful when I tried to stretch it or move it, only lasted a few hours and was gone by the time I had woken up the following morning!
Any help of similar stories appreciated!
