Thanks Luna that’s a lovely post.I do think sometimes on here people make you feel worse! I only ever try to help others but sometimes people but in and tell you your wrong! I know I’m not a doctor or a therapist.but I’m going through anxiety myself so I only want to help.xxx

Very true I can take the judgement from myself.but when others judge I feel so low😢
