for some reason i've lost my appetite lately and I'm not sure why. like my metabolism is generally very fast and I'm always eating snacks and stuff because I'm hungry. but now when i try to eat like a whole meal i just can't. idk if this is just a hormonal thing, or is it related to stress??

yeah i've had more nausea lately along with some headaches but those have lessened

yeah, i'm one of those people who tend to feel their emotions physically. or i just have a sensitive stomach. could be either.

I'm the same my appetite goes as soon as I'm feeling stressed. The not eating makes me more stressed so it can be a bit of a cycle if I'm not aware of what's going on 😟💛

It will, I find it help when I tell myself not to worry about it. Small bits of food during the day, water, maybe a piece of fruit. When you feel bless stressed your appetite will come back, we are with you 💛

I dont know if its the same for you but a few months ago i just started loosing my appetite and would pretty much never eat unless I had worked out or something. Even now its not like how it was before when I could always eat, but its gotten a little better and as long as I work out I kind of force myself to be hungry. I do think it can be related to stress as well any other recent changes.
