How do you handle the very cold 🥶 days?

I have my scarf 🧣 long sleeves t shirt, sweater etc.

And I definitely think, that is not good going outside for walk today

🤣 I’m Canadian , where I regularly drive on ice, where my eyes have frozen shut before from the cold.

You can still go for walks. The heat will escape from your head so you have to wear something your head. Another tip, mittens will almost always keep your hands warmer than fingered gloves.

Hot chocolate or some homemade chicken noodle soup. Movies in bed. Snuggles with my puppy.
