COVID Symptoms

I will have appointment with my doctor tomorrow.

But for anyone who has experienced COVID.

Is a headache, fatigue and running noise signs of COVID? Or maybe I just have a cold?

Just curious because I work with the public so I am just weary. I have been feeling off and on weak, but now I have bit of a headache.
