I literally think im going to have a heart attack or stroke everyday and im only 22 does anyone else have this problem and how do you deal with it ? I call the ambulance atleast 4 times a week crying wolf

It sounds like you are suffering Anxiety, if not already you need to talk to your Doctor, If you are calling out Ambulances I would imagine your Doctor or Health Insurance will be contacting you about this Anxiety.
You do seem to know you have this problem although you seem to persist so you need to address your concerns. Try Mindfulness Relaxation Technique you can purchase a book on Amazon. Try deep slow controlled breathing this can help with your Anxiety.

Its called health anxiety. Anxiety can present physical symptoms and then our minds using our natural defense of flight or fight goes into overdrive. It makes you feel/think that something is very wrong even when it isn't. Next time it happens try saying to yourself I survived the last time this happened so ill survive again. Try to box breath 4 in, hold 4, out 4, repeat. After several minutes the feeling of needing to call an ambulance should subside. Afterwards make sure to praise yourself for holding out and doing a great job. Once your body learns this new reaction you should be able to start a new pattern. Once that doesn't include an ambulance. Good luck!
