What are your grounding techniques?

Something that helps me when i am having anxiety is closing my eyes and then i image my safe place. Listening to music that bring me happy memories also helps. It's way better if there's someone there that i can lay my head on. I hope this helps someone and i'd like to know what are things that you guys do!

Listening to the good music i like. In some ways maybe 2% of happiness is brought to the mind while listening . Sometimes crying out or wanting to shout loud is a must, but then all is sealed inside. Still trying to find ways to cope.

Crying definitley helps a lot. Breathing exercises are also very helpfull. I hope you find something that calms you down.

To quote Shakespeare "if music is the food of love, play on".

Music is the universal language. Let it be played !

Preach it! 👊

Going for a walk outside if it isn't too cold. Just to get away from the house for awhile and get some exercise.

Good one.

Sit outside in the sun if the weather is nice. Enjoy nature.

5-4-3-2-1 exercise is helpful for me to do while walking. Also I enjoy yoga
