My only grandad passed away, im 30 with 2 dependents currently working 25+ hours in care with 14 years care exsperiance! Im looking after my dad and his medication and overall health. Why should i not be anxious...

Jooboo, I'm sorry to hear about the passing of your grandfather.

You certainly do sound like you have more than your hands full at this time.

Working in a care position takes a lot out of a person. I totally understand.

Then you come home and take care 2 dependents. I agree in why you shouldn't be anxious.

I'd like to Welcome you Jooboo to a safe place to come where you may be able to steal

a few minutes of "me time" for yourself. You certainly deserve it. I'm glad you found us xx

Ahh how lovely, i actualy cant sleep with worry and im up and out again tonorrow. I can tell u have had some training in couciling already. Do you not find the coucilour needs someone to talk to too when you feel you have everyones world on your shoulders xx

Oh definitely a counselor is human and needs to talk with a professional as well.

Stress knows no boundaries, it can take it's toll on anyone. xx
