I hope you are well also. Unfortunately I am not well. Depression and some anxiety is taking a toll on me.

This is my sixth major episode in over 30 years. This episode began on October 15. I do not wish this on anybody.

I know how tough it is to deal with i feel extremely bad that you have to deal with this i wish that there was no such thing as depression

I agree. To me it is one step away from death. I have to fight to not take that last step.

I have a somatiform disorder linked to PTSD. I had to take one of my companion kitties to the Vet. So the disorder is going nuts and getting worse by the day.
