Job rejection

It’s literally the 2nd December and I was rejected from two job offers; why do managers tell you ‘I would hire you right now but i have to still look through the rest of the applicants’ why get my hopes up when I’m really desperate for a job. All I can do is cry and pray

I remember that happing a lot when I was younger it's so unfair and disheartening .

I have been upset and put out recently as I have been trying for jobs for ages but no luck and to me it has felt like a right smack in the face when I find out someone else has succeeded as it feels so unfair.

I think lots of others feel the same way as with job rejection more are disappointed than not.
